This is a surprise for me to get to know that even after quiting smoking there still is a high risk of cancer...
I agree, but still it is much better not to smoke. I have an uncle that died because he quit smoking. Not step by step, as in at that day he stopped. That's why right now I am quitting slowly and writing about him in my dissertation outline subject .
